CELMENTON BELL INVESTMENT GROUP, LLC is a Delaware holding Company with a subsidiary property management company called CELMENTON BELL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, LLC. Celmenton Bell Investment Group LLC intends to partner with individuals and entities to provide investment opportunities, initially in real estate development ventures but later in other business opportunities as well. Our immediate objectives are to purchase dilapidated and/or underpriced properties, which due to their condition, are below their potential market value. We intend to redevelop and quickly increase these properties’ intrinsic value, thus adding more equity to the bottom line. Our primary concern is our investors’ capital: we intend to prudently invest their funds, wisely grow their investments, and maintain a fiduciary relationship with our investors.

Celmenton Bell Investment Group, LLC, through our subsidiary company Celmenton Bell Property Management will focus on increasing net operating income through cost reductions, expense management, and proper property management. Re-engineering and restructuring of buildings to provide greater cash flow are core efficiencies of Celmenton Bell Property Management LLC. Relationship management vis-a-vis our tenants, be they residential or commercial leaseholders, will also be a focus. We believe that Celmenton Bell Property Management LLC, thanks to our associate’s tremendous motivation, their efficient innovation, and their extensive knowledge, is well prepared for these tasks.

Eventually, Celmenton Bell Investment Group LLC intends to invest into various other markets, other than simply residential and commercial real estate. For example, we will consider small startup companies, or any other business we determine to be lucrative, beneficial for our investors, and falls within the realm of the company’s investment strategy, as possible investment targets. The plan then is to parlay our real estate knowledge, experience, and profits into investment capital for other businesses. We believe that the most efficient manner to create value for our investors will be to invest our excess profits in these other entities. When we acquire a stake in financially distressed small companies, we will apply our previous knowledge and experience in distressed properties, and so turn these companies around as well.

Celmenton Bell Investment Group LLC does not intend to rush into any deal. As the lead partner, we will select the investment property, create a business plan, seek out investors, and borrow funds to acquire the property. We will then create a full investor analysis for each property under consideration. Creating a full investor analysis will highlight the areas where we need financial support, expose challenges that need to be addressed, and indicate areas where we would need to seek professional help. Working in this disciplined fashion will allow us to recognize the right opportunity when it comes along. Acting in this manner will allow us to quickly determine the proper purchase price, and present such opportunity to our investors.
